• For the Basic Dynamic Website Package, full payment is required upfront to begin the project. For other website packages, a 50% advance is required to start development, with the remaining 50% due before the website is hosted, ensuring a clear and secure payment process.
• Clients are responsible for providing all essential website content, including their logo, reference graphics or copyrighted images, contact details, and a clear navigation list. This ensures the website accurately represents the client’s brand and complies with legal standards. Content writing services are available for an additional charge.
• Clients are expected to provide their own logo for website integration to maintain brand consistency. However, if logo design services are needed, our Graphic Design Package offers tailored logo creation to suit your brand’s needs and aesthetic preferences.
• To ensure project efficiency and resource allocation, any website development project that remains inactive for 30 days without client feedback or a reason will be considered lapsed. This policy helps keep projects on track and resources available for new clients.
• While all websites include basic optimization, adding a fully responsive design for mobile and tablet compatibility to the Basic and Business Packages incurs an additional fee, which will be discussed during the initial stages. This ensures the website provides an optimal viewing experience across all devices.
• All websites come with basic SEO optimization. For clients seeking a more results-driven and ranking-focused design, an SEO add-on can be purchased to increase search engine visibility.
• The website development fee is a one-time charge covering the design and creation of the site. Ongoing costs include annual domain and hosting renewal fees, which will be disclosed during the initial discussion to keep your website secure and accessible.
• The website packages do not include payment gateway integration. If you require this functionality, we recommend contacting our sales team for a personalized quote to meet your e-commerce needs.
